Sensitive plant is also known as: Tickle Me plant, Touch Me plant, Mimosa Pudica, and probably many other names. During the summer months it can be grown outside and during the winter months can be brought inside. In Manitoba Sensitive Plant will not overwinter, are winters are far to cold for this plant.
In the wild the plant can get up to 5 feet tall and 3 feet tall. Grown in pots the plant grows 1 to 3 feet tall and has pretty pink/purple flowers. Sensitive plant needs up to 8 hours of sunlight/light a day and just water as needed.
